I believe I read somewhere that [edit: for Adobe, specifically] downloads are sold as-if purchased in Republic of Ireland, while shipped copies are sold as-if purchased locally. Which is supported by the evidence above. These prices are pretty good anyway, especially with free shipping, so I'm not disposed to quibble about slight oddities.
